What was the very first Nora Roberts (or J.D. Robb) book you ever read?
Did you know who she was before you picked it up, and did you become an instant fan?

I used to be a big reader when I was a kid and loved to read books of all kinds. But by the time I went through all the required reading in high school and college, I read so many books that I wasn’t in any way interested in that I came to the conclusion that I was no longer a reader.
Fast forward about 10 years. I was visiting my Mom’s house and was a little bored and started looking through her reading material when I came across a copy of “Tears of the Moon.” I wasn’t a romance novel reader but the blurb on the cover looked interesting so I thought I would read it.
From there I read that entire series then started a few more Nora Roberts series and from there thousands more books not only in the romance genre but all kinds of fiction and non fiction books.
To this day, I am so thankful to Nora Roberts for giving me my love of reading back.
