Which character did you dislike at first but now love (or vice versa)?

Didn’t really outright dislike a character, maybe Mavis a little. Thought she was chaotic and over-the-top. But I grew to love her loyalty to Eve and how she’s always there for her girlfriend, either to celebrate or comfort.
I would think many people may say Summerset, but I FRIGGING LOVED HIM!! The early banter and sniping was fantastic, made me chuckle whenever they came face to face. They seem to have mellowed out towards each other in recent books.
