Coming up on the podcast: Naked in Death

In a few weeks, Tara and I will be starting at the very beginning and talking about “Naked in Death.”

Do you still go back and read it? What was it about this book that made you continue with the series? Do you have any favorite scenes? Favorite quotes?

Give us your thoughts on the book that started it all!

AJ

The first jd robbs I ever read were Origin and Innocent

I was intrigued by the characters especially Eve and Roarke, so i went back and started with

Naked. I’m still with the series and am re reading

Stolen. A few months I started re listening to the audios( yay Susan) starting of course with Naked. Starting listening from the beginning reminds how much I love this series.

Ahh Naked in Death, the one that started my love affair with this series and these books. I remember we were in Florida on holiday, found a bookshop of course…and my mum showed me the back of Naked in Death saying “this looks interesting”. It was a new book release, we had never heard of the author (didn’t realise it was Nora at the time) I was 17 years old, and thus began my life as a book nerd :joy::joy::joy:

To this day I have 8 different editions of Naked in Death….including a blue lady (thanks to you girlies introducing me to them via your podcast). If I ever get in a book slump or find myself with nothing to read I’ll always turn to Naked in Death either physical book or via Saint Susan.

I just love all the first’s in this book. Eve & Roarke the first look, first touch, Eve & sumshit first interaction
